Suver Takes 6th at US 12k Championships

Mattie Suver (Ascis) finsihed of the 2016 US USA Track & Field Running Circuit with a 6th-place finish over 12k in Alexandria, VA on Sunday. Suver, who posted a time of 39:28, finsihed the series in 7th-place overall over the course of the eleven series with a highest finish of 2nd at the US Cross Country Championships which qualified her to represent the US at the World Cross Country Championships in Quiyang, China. Suver, who signed with Ascis in early 2015, collected $8,300 in prize money for her efforts.
