Coach Scott Simmons
(Coaching Stats)

Scott Simmons directs and coaches the ADP. With over 25 years of coaching expereince, both on the collegiate and the elite level, Simmons continues to facilitate development of athletes to the top level, including Betsy Saina's 2014 world leading 30:57 10k.  With a Master's of Sport Science degree, Simmons applies science and experience to create progressive specific developmental training plans.

(Coaching Stats)

Recognized as one of the preeminent coaches of long distance runners in the world, Canova continues in an advisory role with the ADP.  Famous for directing top level athletes inlcuding Moses Mosop, Kenesia Bekele and Florence Kiplagat, Canova took over the reigns of China's distance progarm in 2014 and has already produced promising results, including Changquin Ding's nation leading women's marathon mark of 2:26:24.
